Key Learning Area (KLA) Leaders 

Our Key Learning Area (KLA) Leaders are pivotal in leading academic excellence. Their role is to ignite a passion for learning among both staff and students. They are tasked with developing innovative programs that align with the latest educational research, sharing current knowledge and skills within their subject areas, managing and enhancing learning outcomes, implementing effective strategies, and continually assessing teaching practices to ensure ongoing improvement.

Our Leaders of Student Wellbeing are essential in supporting the holistic well-being of our students. They create a caring and inclusive atmosphere, promoting personal development and ensuring that every student feels supported and understood. These leaders collaborate to design and implement programs that meet the emotional, social, and mental health needs of our students. They offer guidance, manage support services, and consistently evaluate and improve strategies to boost student well-being and resilience throughout their time at the college.
