How to enrol your child?  

St Paul’s Catholic College Manly is a comprehensive Year 7 to 12 College within the Diocese of Broken Bay. We welcome all families who are seeking a faith-based, co-educational education for their sons and daughters.  

Our timeline for transitioning to co-education is as follows

 2025  Co-education in Years 7, 10, 11 and 12 Waiting list for Year 7. Please contact the College for all other year levels.   
 2026 Co-education in all year levelsWaiting list for Year 7. Please contact the College for all other year levels.   
 2027  Co-education in all year levelsEnrolling now for all year levels. Applications for Year 7, 2027 close Friday 11 April 2025. 
 2028  Co-education in all year levels Enrolments welcome for all year levels. Applications for Year 7, 2028 will close end of Term 1, 2026. 

Step 1 –

Step 2 –  

Read our Enrolment Principles as set by Catholic Schools Broken Bay and College Fee Schedule. Please note, that we can only prioritise sibling and CSBB feeder school enrolment applications if they are submitted before our enrolment cut off.  

Step 3 –  

To submit an application, please follow these instructions carefully – Download the enrolment form and taking care to complete all fields (including religion and language background) and provide signatures on page 11. We cannot accept digital signatures at this time.  

Upload the completed Application Form with relevant supporting documents here.  

Required documents are listed below – we cannot process enrolments without the supporting documents.  

  1. A copy of the applicant’s Birth Certificate 
  1. A copy of the applicant’s passport and visa or Australian Citizenship Certificate (if not born in Australia) 
  1. A copy of the applicant’s Australian Citizenship Certificate or Australian Passport (if both parents born overseas) 
  1. A copy of the applicant’s Baptismal and other Sacramental Certificates (catholic or other if applicable) 
  1. A copy of the applicant’s Immunisation History Statement (available from Medicare online through myGov) 
  1. A copy of the applicant’s most recent School Report 
  1. A copy of the applicant’s most recent NAPLAN Report 
  1. A copy of any Specialist Reports and / or assessments for speech, hearing, psychologist for educational need (as indicated on enrolment form) 
  1. A copy of Family Court Orders (if applicable) 
  1. Any other documents you deem relevant to support the application. 

Enrolment offers will be made in Term 2 when the students are in Year 5.
